My creative practice is shaped by the relationships between memory, family, community, spirituality, nature, and the environment. I am interested in how these elements interact, overlap, and sometimes appear in unexpected or unlikely pairings. Through multimedia processes, I explore the connections between personal experience and the wider world, allowing image, movement, and reflection to inform one another.

As a lifelong yogi, my practice is also connected to the body, breath, and attention. Walking, meditation, movement, and sketching are important ways of observing and responding to place. These processes allow me to slow down, notice subtle details, and create work that reflects connection, presence, and awareness.
