Artists may submit a maximum of 5 or fewer images. At least 1 image must document the project each artist intends to show, reflecting what is outlined by their written statement. The remaining 4 images may include additional documentation of the project, or studio practice in process. Make sure to check the submission requirements for the upload format of images and videos.

The donation is non-refundable and contributes to administration and curation of the exhibition. Please keep your receipt for tax purposes.

The project that I have submitted is my original work and I hold all copyright. I agree to the terms and conditions of the submission for the exhibition. I also agree, if chosen for the exhibition, the terms governing the use of using my photographs for marketing and catalogue purposes, and for photographing my work for use on the Pictorial Foundation/The Pictorial List Inc. website and social media platforms.
