Chris Jordan created a documentary examining the lives of albatrosses on the Pacific’s Midway Atoll. The objects used in this sculpture were recovered from the bodies of deceased chicks and gifted by Jordan, who also granted permission to use his photograph of a dead chick. These materials were subsequently incorporated into a short video.
